Returns & Refunds Policy – PIPIGIFT LLC

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods, or from the date a third party you appointed (who is not the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the order. You will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.

• The goods are in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or personalized products.

• Items that deteriorate quickly or have passed their expiration date.

• Items unsealed after delivery for health or hygiene reasons.

• Items that are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

PIPIGIFT LLC reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts

• If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

• If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
